IV. Take Power from the Chinese Communist Party or Disband Communist Party Members and Join the Kingdom of Peace and Democracy

Once all Chinese citizens and overseas Chinese have reached a consensus, we must unite and urge the Communist Party to relinquish power, disband, rejoin other parties, or join the Kingdom of Peace and Democracy as independents, and act in accordance with the rules and laws established by our Kingdom of Peace and Democracy.
