Once the Netherworld punishment begins, any of the above individuals who kneels before Mr. Peace, Fengdu Emperor, or Polaris Purple Star Emperor ten times without seeking sentence reduction, donates to Mr. Peace equivalent to or more than 2 billion RMB, or commits suicide to reduce their remaining Netherworld punishment by 10% of their sentence and number of animal rebirths, or Mr. Peace issues a pardon for their soul's entire Netherworld punishment. All military, police, bodyguards, and officials within 200 meters of the above individuals (excluding uninformed civilians) who protect or accompany the above individuals will have their souls punished by an additional 200 years of death torment in Hell and 200 animal rebirths as a result of being slaughtered and eaten for each day they protect the accompanying individuals. All military, police, bodyguards, and civil servants within 2 kilometers of the above individuals (excluding uninformed civilians) will have their souls punished by an additional 100 years of death torment in Hell and 100 animal rebirths as a result of being slaughtered and eaten for each day they protect the accompanying individuals. All military, police, bodyguards, civil servants, and other personnel protecting the aforementioned individuals within a 5-kilometer radius (excluding uninformed civilians) will have their souls subjected to 50 additional years of death torture in Hell and 50 animal rebirths as slaughtered and eaten for each day they protect them.

②. As long as the aforementioned individuals have not yet offset all of their Netherworld punishment, if their physical body is injured and unhealed (physical and mental disabilities do not count towards recovery) or they lose their physical freedom, their daily sentence in Hell and number of animal rebirths will be multiplied by five times their original punishment. If both physical freedom and injury to the body are unhealed (physical and mental disabilities do not count towards recovery), their daily sentence in Hell and number of animal rebirths will be multiplied by ten times their original punishment. If their physical body dies, their daily sentence in Hell and number of animal rebirths will be multiplied by twenty times their original punishment until the individual dies.

For example, if the penalty is multiplied by 5,000 years in Hell and 5,000 animal rebirths per day, then if the penalty is multiplied by five, the penalty will be increased to 25,000 years in Hell and 25,000 animal rebirths per day, and so on.

If any of the above individuals kneels before Mr. Heping/Fengdu Emperor/North Star Ziwei Emperor 10 times without seeking sentence reduction, or donates to Mr. Heping equivalent to or greater than 2 billion RMB, or Mr. Heping issues a pardon for their soul in the netherworld, then for each member of Xi Jinping's family and illegitimate children's family, beheading them will reward them with 100 human rebirths; for Xi Jinping himself, beheading him will reward him with 500 human rebirths.

2. For members of Mao Zedong's family and illegitimate children's family. Mao Zedong's soul will have his Hell sentence increased to 100 million years of death and 100 million animal rebirths, resulting in him being slaughtered and eaten. Alternatively, Mr. Peace will issue a pardon for their soul's entire Netherworld punishment. In addition, all military, police, bodyguards, and officials within 200 meters (excluding uninformed civilians) who protect or accompany the above individuals will have their souls punished by an additional 100 years of death torment in Hell and 100 rebirths as animals for each day they protect them. If any of the above individuals kneels before Mr. Heping/Fengdu Emperor/North Star Ziwei Emperor 10 times without seeking sentence reduction, donates to Mr. Heping the equivalent of RMB 1 million or more, participates in the execution of an administrative official at the municipal or county level or above who maintains Communist rule and refuses to pledge allegiance to Mr. Heping, and thus offsets the entire Netherworld punishment, or if Mr. Heping issues a pardon for their soul's entire Netherworld punishment, each person executed will be rewarded with five human rebirths.

9: Those who participated in the collusion to plunder Mr. Heping's financial, stock, futures, and virtual currency transactions, and those who participated in suppressing and preventing Heping from acquiring wealth.

1. Those who sincerely and wholeheartedly assist Mr. Heping/the Nation of Peace, either covertly or overtly, promote the Nation of Peace's system and ideology, make substantial donations to Mr. Heping, or assist the Nation of Peace in beheading those who refuse to pledge allegiance, and are on the punishment list above, will not be registered by the Netherworld gods, underworld officials, underworld messengers, land gods, city gods, and kitchen gods. Such souls will not be included in the one-time punishment, daily increments in hell, or the reincarnation of animals to be eaten or slaughtered. Whether one's sincerity is truly reflected in one's attitude. If one person says one thing on the surface and another in secret, there will be no escape for punishment. Your heart is a mirror. The gods, underworld officials, underworld messengers, land gods, city gods, and kitchen gods of the netherworld can readily discern your true inner thoughts. There are videos online of people kneeling and pledging allegiance to Mr. Peace, Fengdu Emperor, or Polaris Purple Star Emperor. If you haven't committed any of the above behaviors, you may be placed on the Netherworld's punishment list. The Netherworld will not protect those on the list unless their punishment is offset through various commutations. If someone secretly loyal to Mr. Heping is beheaded by someone openly and wholeheartedly loyal to him, the beheaded person will not receive the Netherworld's hell sentence or the punishment of reincarnation as an animal. The beheaded person will be rewarded with 20 reincarnations as an adult.

3. If someone is not on the Netherworld's reward list or the Netherworld's punishment list, the souls of all other individuals will follow the normal Netherworld reincarnation rules after death and leaving their bodies (though most will likely be reincarnated as animals in their next life). The Netherworld will reincarnate all souls who receive rewards or punishments according to the rules of this article.

4. The Netherworld's rewards and punishments are not affected by the human body. Rewards and punishments apply to the soul, not the body. Regardless of whether Heping has taken over the Chinese government or whether Heping's body still exists in the human world, as long as the Netherworld's rewards and punishments have not been offset, the Netherworld's rewards and punishments will remain. The rewards and punishments of the Netherworld will be enforced to the end. Whether a soul dies and leaves the body today, three years from now, or eighty years from now, the rewards and punishments issued by Mr. Heping will still be applied to the souls who arrive in the Netherworld.

Cultivated fish, shrimp, crabs, chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, cattle, sheep, donkeys, mules, horses, minks, rabbits, snakes, frogs, turtles, and eels. Wild species: mice, mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches, and maggots.

In no particular order, the souls of all livestock punished by being slaughtered and eaten will be reincarnated as one of the livestock listed above, rotating through each of these types. Each reincarnation deducts one penalty from birth to death, until all penalties for all livestock have been deducted.

6. Methods for redeeming the reward for reincarnated adults to serve as officials in the Netherworld and Heaven:

Exchanges for positions in the Netherworld and Heaven are not mandatory; they are voluntary. Success is not guaranteed, depending on the circumstances. If there are vacancies, you can redeem them. You can also voluntarily exchange with an official currently in office. The official will then receive your reincarnation qualification, and you will take over their position. Residents of the Celestial Realm have a 100% chance of success in this exchange.

1. Souls who have achieved more than 30 reincarnations are eligible for a free position as a Hell Jailer upon leaving their physical body. The appointment is voluntary. This Jailer specializes in enforcing cruel punishments on souls, requiring a ruthless and deep-seated vendetta against them. Their primary job is to use various torture instruments to torture the souls of those executed by the Communist Party and sent to Hell (including Mao Zedong). These souls inflicted immense pain and suffering upon you while in the human world, and this presents an opportunity for revenge. Your term of service ends when you no longer wish to kill, at which point you can apply for reincarnation as a human.

2. 20 Adult Reincarnations earned can be redeemed for one Yin Messenger qualification. This position is a frontline position. If you no longer wish to serve, you can apply for reincarnation based on your circumstances. If you violate the laws of the Netherworld and continue to reincarnate, you will continue to reincarnate with any remaining Adult Reincarnations. If you do not reincarnate as an Adult Reincarnation, your reincarnation will be processed according to the Netherworld rules at the time you served as a Yin Messenger. With diligent service, you may be promoted or even offered a position in the Celestial Realm.

3. 60 Adult Reincarnations earned can be redeemed for one Yin Official qualification. Yin Officials can manage multiple Yin Messengers. If you no longer wish to serve, you can apply for reincarnation based on your circumstances. If you violate the laws of the Netherworld and continue to reincarnate, you will continue to reincarnate with any remaining Adult Reincarnations. If you do not reincarnate as an Adult Reincarnation, your reincarnation will be processed according to the Netherworld rules at the time you served as a Yin Messenger. With diligent service, you may be promoted or even offered a position in the Celestial Realm.

4. 200 adult reincarnations earned can be used to redeem one Celestial Citizenship qualification. Aside from abiding by Celestial laws, you are free and unrestrained during your stay. If you no longer wish to reside in Celestial Realm, you may apply for reincarnation. If you violate Celestial laws and continue to reincarnate, you will continue to reincarnate for any remaining adult reincarnations. If you did not receive adult reincarnations, your reincarnation will be processed according to the rules set when you applied for Celestial Citizenship. You may also be promoted to a priesthood while residing in Celestial Realm.

5. 300 adult reincarnations earned can be used to redeem one Celestial Citizenship qualification. This is a frontline priesthood position. If you no longer wish to serve, you may apply for reincarnation. If you violate Celestial laws and continue to reincarnate, you will continue to reincarnate for any remaining adult reincarnations. If you did not receive adult reincarnations, your reincarnation will be processed according to the rules set when you applied for Celestial Citizenship. Further promotions are possible for diligent service during your tenure.

6. 800 rewards earned from reincarnations can be redeemed for a position in the Celestial Realm as a low-level managerial priest. This allows you to manage multiple frontline priesthoods. During your tenure, you can apply for reincarnation if you no longer wish to serve, depending on your circumstances. If you violate Celestial Realm laws and continue to reincarnate, you will continue to reincarnate if you have excess rewards. Any rewards you don't receive will be applied according to the reincarnation rules for management positions. Fulfilling your duties diligently during your tenure may result in further promotions.
